These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE website and services, including the Monthly Executive Business Review.
By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the service.
1. Our Service
CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE provides business intelligence services designed to help business owners better understand their business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and prioritize potential actions.
The Monthly Executive Business Review is a recurring subscription service. Customers complete a Monthly Business Check-In containing information about their business, and CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE uses that information to prepare a personalized Executive Business Review.
Reports may include business performance analysis, executive insights, a Business Health Score, strategic recommendations, trend analysis when historical information is available, and a 30-Day Action Plan.
The specific contents and format of reports may evolve as we improve the service.
2. Monthly Subscription and Billing
The Monthly Executive Business Review is currently offered for $99 per month, unless a different price, discount, or promotional offer is displayed at the time of purchase.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method associated with your customer account until your subscription is canceled.
Subscriptions are processed through Squarespace and Squarespace Payments.
Your subscription will automatically renew according to the billing frequency shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal.
3. Monthly Business Check-In
To receive an Executive Business Review, you must complete the Monthly Business Check-In and provide the information reasonably necessary to generate your report.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.
The quality and usefulness of your Executive Business Review depend in part on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide.
You should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information about customers, employees, or other individuals.
4. Report Delivery
After you submit a completed Monthly Business Check-In, CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE will process the information and deliver your Executive Business Review to the email address provided.
Any delivery time displayed on our website or communications is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Technical issues, incomplete submissions, service interruptions, or other circumstances may occasionally delay delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam or junk folders if a report is not received as expected.
5. Artificial Intelligence
CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to assist with analyzing business information and generating portions of Executive Business Reviews.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that do not fully reflect the circumstances of your business.
Executive Business Reviews are intended to provide business intelligence and decision-support information. You remain responsible for evaluating recommendations and determining whether and how to act on them.
6. No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Results
CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial-planning, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
Information, analysis, scores, recommendations, and action plans provided through the service are for general business decision-support purposes.
You should consult appropriately qualified professionals when making decisions requiring specialized professional advice.
We do not guarantee any particular business result, including increases in revenue, profitability, sales, customer acquisition, operational performance, or business value.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your Monthly Executive Business Review subscription at any time through your Squarespace customer account.
After logging in, you can access your subscriptions through your account and select the option to cancel the applicable subscription.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Squarespace confirms that canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund the most recent order.
If you experience difficulty managing your subscription, contact CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE for assistance.
8. Refunds
Because each Executive Business Review involves processing and analysis initiated using information submitted by the customer, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable Monthly Business Check-In has been submitted and report processing has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or have another exceptional circumstance, contact us so we can review the situation.
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not by itself create a refund for a payment already processed. Squarespace likewise treats cancellation of a subscription and refunding an order as separate actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. Customer Accounts
A Squarespace customer account may be required to purchase and manage the subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Customers can use their account to view and manage subscription information, including future renewal information and cancellation options.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE:
For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To submit information you do not have the right to provide
To interfere with or disrupt our website, systems, or services
To attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
To misuse, copy, resell, or commercially redistribute our reports or services in a manner not authorized by us
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE.
11. Intellectual Property
The CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE name, branding, website content, report designs, methodologies, templates, scoring frameworks, written materials, and other proprietary service materials are owned by or licensed to CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use Executive Business Reviews prepared for your business for your own internal business purposes.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE's underlying methodologies, templates, technology, designs, or intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the business information you submit to us.
12. Third-Party Services
CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate the service, including providers used for website hosting, forms, payments, data storage, automation, artificial intelligence, email delivery, and document generation.
Availability of our service may occasionally be affected by interruptions, changes, or failures involving these third-party providers.
Our Privacy Policy provides additional information about how third-party providers may process information.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE's total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify our services, features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes affecting existing subscribers, we will provide notice when reasonably required.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to make required payments, or engage in activity that threatens the security or operation of the service.
Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.
16. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and processed.
