3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
CZACHOR INTELLIGENCE uses artificial intelligence and automated processing tools as part of the Executive Business Review process.
Information submitted through your Monthly Business Check-In may be processed using AI systems to identify patterns, generate analysis, evaluate business performance, and assist in preparing your personalized Executive Business Review.
We currently use OpenAI technology as part of this process. OpenAI states that data submitted through its API and business offerings is not used to train its models by default unless the customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.
AI-generated analysis is intended to support business decision-making and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other specialized advice.

Tally states that form data is encrypted in transit and at rest and that form creators remain responsible for the respondent data they collect.
These providers maintain their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority to provide information submitted through our services.
6. Data Retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain historical business analysis and trend reporting, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.
Because the Monthly Executive Business Review may use previous business information to identify changes and trends over time, historical information may be retained while you use the service.
You may contact us to request deletion of your information. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
